Rueda de Casino (Group Salsa)
With Rod Lawson and Bianca Kubairsingh. Rueda de Casino is a circular form of Cuban salsa named after the wheels of the casinos of 1950s Havana. The group dance together and exchange partners. Novices and experienced dancers can have fun together.
Hispano-American Women Writers on Memory
A welcome return for this group of six bilingual (Spanish/English) women writers. Their creativity stems from a historical, literary and gendered memory of who they were, who they are and who they will be.

A fun workshop to have a go dancing to latin rhythms such as merengue, cha cha cha, bossa nova and salsa. No partner necessary, all welcome; anyone can lead or follow. With Jane Hoy and Fran Jackson.

Andean Instruments Workshop
With Johnny Rodriguez. The workshop will take participants on a journey through Andean culture to experience the vitality of the music and dance of Latin America. The emphasis is is on hands-on experience, with the opportunity to play some of the instruments, including panpipes, guitar and charango, so that participants can discover their own Andean spirit!

Rev. Roger Redding pays homage in the form of a Mass to the Colombian priest who took up arms and was subsequently killed.
